MOGAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 263 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAGE1B, MTRES1P1, and HMGN2P26. Each is linked with MOGAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XAGE1B grouped by MOGAT1-low versus MOGAT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
