Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOGAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 802 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Negative regulation of RNA splicing, and Positive regulation of RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with MOGAT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT1 results are reported.
