MOCS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOCS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF6, ADNP, and ADNP_S921. Each is linked with MOCS3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS3-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCS3 versus PRPF6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
