Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,457 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, STAU1, and SYS1. Each is linked with MOCS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS3-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCS3 versus RPRD1B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
