Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with MOCS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS3-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by MOCS3-low versus MOCS3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
