Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,254 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOCS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN7, THEMIS2, and TXNDC5. Each is linked with MOCS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS2-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCS2 versus PTPN7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
