Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,697 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS4, MTREX, and TRIM23. Each is linked with MOCS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS2-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCS2 versus NDUFS4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
