Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEKT4P3, MTND2P33, and BCAR1P2. Each is linked with MOCS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS2-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEKT4P3 grouped by MOCS2-low versus MOCS2-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
