Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOCS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,256 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dihydrofolate metabolic process, Regulation of chromosome separation, and Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with MOCS2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS2-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Dihydrofolate metabolic process grouped by MOCS2-low versus MOCS2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
