Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,969 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOCS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, ARHGEF17, and TNS1. Each is linked with MOCS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS1-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCS1 versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
