Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,301 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAAM2-AS1, DAAM2, and ATP1A2. Each is linked with MOCS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS1-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCS1 versus DAAM2-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
