Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,471 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6864, CCL5, and RTCB. Each is linked with MOCS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS1-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6864 grouped by MOCS1-low versus MOCS1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
