Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOCS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin_pT1462, eIF4E, and ACC1. Each is linked with MOCS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS1-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS1 results are reported.
