Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOCS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, OXGR1, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with MOCS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCS1-to-partner and partner-to-MOCS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by MOCS1-low versus MOCS1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
