MOCOS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCOS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,191 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOCOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJB2, RN7SL108P, and TMEM38B. Each is linked with MOCOS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOCOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCOS versus GJB2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
