Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOB4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOB4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MOB4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOB4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where MOB4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
