MOB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,247 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPXN, ARHGAP30_S709, and PLEKHO2_T311. Each is linked with MOB4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB4-to-partner and partner-to-MOB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB4 versus LPXN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
