MOB4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,477 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR84, LINC00989, and ISCU. Each is linked with MOB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB4-to-partner and partner-to-MOB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB4 versus GPR84 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
