The most reproducible MOB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP14, RPP25L_S100, and GAPDH_S210. Each is linked with MOB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB4-to-partner and partner-to-MOB4 results are reported.
