MOB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,821 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, RNU6-486P, and RNU6-361P. Each is linked with MOB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB4-to-partner and partner-to-MOB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by MOB4-low versus MOB4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
