Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with MOB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB4-to-partner and partner-to-MOB4 results are reported.
