Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,797 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, Immunoglobulin V(D)J recombination, and Negative regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with MOB4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB4-to-partner and partner-to-MOB4 results are reported.
