Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOB3C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOB3C data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MOB3C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOB3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where MOB3C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
