MOB3C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,085 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SP110, IRF8, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with MOB3C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3C-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB3C versus SP110 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
