Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 628 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOB3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-2A, OR6V1, and RN7SKP44. Each is linked with MOB3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3C-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-2A grouped by MOB3C-low versus MOB3C-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
