Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOB3B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOB3B data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MOB3B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOB3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where MOB3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
