Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOB3B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOB3B data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MOB3B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOB3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where MOB3B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
