MOB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,800 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP2, NAP1L4, and NFIA. Each is linked with MOB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB2-to-partner and partner-to-MOB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB2 versus ARFIP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
