Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, p62 Lck ligand, and SLC1A5. Each is linked with MOB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB2-to-partner and partner-to-MOB2 results are reported.
