Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,140 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, Methylglyoxal metabolic process, and Cellular response to methylglyoxal. Each is linked with MOB2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB2-to-partner and partner-to-MOB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery grouped by MOB2-low versus MOB2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
