MOB1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,550 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPT1A, RPL14, and RFC1. Each is linked with MOB1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB1B versus CPT1A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
