Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOB1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSPN, ZRANB2, and SLC7A11. Each is linked with MOB1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB1B versus SSPN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
