Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP401, RNU6-389P, and CDRT15P2. Each is linked with MOB1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1B results are reported.
