The most reproducible MOB1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP401, RNU6-389P, and CDRT15P2. Each is linked with MOB1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1B results are reported.
