MOB1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB1B mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, Class-switched memory B-cells, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with MOB1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ naive T-cells grouped by MOB1B-low versus MOB1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
