Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOB1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,434 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, Protein branched polyubiquitination, and Centriole-centriole cohesion. Each is linked with MOB1B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1B results are reported.
