MOAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 688 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B4, TRIM64EP, and MTATP6P18. Each is linked with MOAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MOAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B4 grouped by MOAP1-low versus MOAP1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
