Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,313 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, CAMSAP3, and TNKS1BP1_S920. Each is linked with MNX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNX1-to-partner and partner-to-MNX1 results are reported.
