MNX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POP1, MOGAT1, and GLYATL2. Each is linked with MNX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNX1-to-partner and partner-to-MNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MNX1 versus POP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
