The most reproducible MNX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen fibril organization, Integrin-mediated signaling pathway, and Dentinogenesis. Each is linked with MNX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNX1-to-partner and partner-to-MNX1 results are reported.
