MNS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,427 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, WDR19, and IFT140. Each is linked with MNS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNS1-to-partner and partner-to-MNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MNS1 versus TP53BP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
