Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,670 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, RSPH4A, and C6orf118. Each is linked with MNS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNS1-to-partner and partner-to-MNS1 results are reported.
