MNS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MNS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, ADH1B, and LRIT1. Each is linked with MNS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNS1-to-partner and partner-to-MNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by MNS1-low versus MNS1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
