MNAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP2L, NUF2, and GINS1. Each is linked with MNAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MNAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MNAT1 versus CKAP2L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
