MNAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6133, RN7SKP244, and TRIM6-TRIM34. Each is linked with MNAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MNAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6133 grouped by MNAT1-low versus MNAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
