Across TCGA cell cohorts, MN1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,425 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIA3, TOP3A, and TMEM131. Each is linked with MN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MN1-to-partner and partner-to-MN1 results are reported.
