MMUT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMUT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMUT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK3, SASH3, and EVI2B. Each is linked with MMUT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMUT-to-partner and partner-to-MMUT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMUT versus DOK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMUT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMUT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
