Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMUT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,155 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMUT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFB1, ARSI, and KIFC3. Each is linked with MMUT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMUT-to-partner and partner-to-MMUT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMUT versus TGFB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMUT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMUT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
