MMUT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMUT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,567 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMUT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11J5P, CXCL1P1, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with MMUT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMUT-to-partner and partner-to-MMUT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11J5P grouped by MMUT-low versus MMUT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMUT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMUT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
