Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMUT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,146 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMUT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Succinyl-CoA biosynthetic process, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with MMUT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMUT-to-partner and partner-to-MMUT results are reported.
