MMUT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMUT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMUT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNA2, KLHL40, and ALPI. Each is linked with MMUT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMUT-to-partner and partner-to-MMUT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRNA2 grouped by MMUT-low versus MMUT-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMUT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMUT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
